Establishing a tracking and recalling system for high risk patients' early detection of their clinical situation. the doctors can get abnormal diagnostic reports immediately, it also can recall patients for urgent cares is critically important for today’s medical care institutions.
Materials:
Using the informatics of the High Risk Patient Data Trace System, for preventing the medical adverse events and medical errors.
Results:
Among the 10608 cases tracked by the High Risk Patient Data Trace System, 99 cases (OPD 86, ER2, and hospitalization 11) required to be recalled for the further attention.
