Summary: The purpose of this symposium is to demonstrate a culture of leadership development that promotes legacy building, lifelong learning, and global health policy. Many chapter engagement opportunities foster a leadership culture. Engaging members increases STTI and chapter sustainability while advancing nursing practice and policy through enhancing scholarship, leadership, and service.
