Summary
The Global Leadership Mentoring Community began in 2015 as a Sigma Community of Interest with members from all global regions. This symposium reports mentor/mentor experiences from the second cohort that have demonstrated global leadership mentoring processes and outcomes. Through the program, members connect, collaborate, and catalyze global nursing leadership.
