Title: Living the EBP Paradigm for Innovative Clinical Decision Making

Objectives:
1. Describe the steps in the EBP process.
2. Discuss how clinical decision making impacts patient, provider and system outcomes in healthcare.

This session will focus on understanding the EBP paradigm as the underpinning of clinical decision making. The steps to transform healthcare by challenging the status quo in order to achieve optimal outcomes will be discussed.
