The Nature of the Work to Create Healthy Work Cultures

This session will take each of the fundamental elements identified by an International Consortium of over 240 rural, community and university settings as essential to be present in healthy cultures and explore the nature of the interventions necessary to implement or strengthen each element. The lessons learned by leaders in multiple consortium sites realted to their role and the impact of their leadership in all components  of planning, implementing,  and evaluating will be reviewed and correlated to the transformation process, infrastructutes, operational and financial considerations.  The actions steps and warning signs related to the common polarities that leaders must manage will provide deep insights into the depth of understanding essential to reach intended outcomes associated with healthy work cultures.
