The Outcomes of the Work to Create Healthy Work Cultures

This session will present the outcomes experienced when implementing a clinical practice model that supports the fundamental elements essential to create a healthy work culture.  The specific actions taken to strengthen each element will be reviewed and the clinical outcomes experienced over a multiyear process will be shared and correlated to the initial and the ongoing work.   The role of the leader in each step of the process and the commitment to sustain and grow the outcomes will be shared.  In addition, the cutting edge work of implementing point-of-care technology will be correlated to each of the clinical, financial and operation outcomes  experienced in multiple diverse settings across the continent.
