I 05 CHAPTER OPERATION SESSION: Creating Long Term Members: Findings from the Membership Involvement and Retention Task Force

Description/Overview: Membership involvement and retention are ongoing efforts that each chapter undertakes to maintain chapter health. During this session leaders of the Membership Involvement and Retention Task Force will present their findings related to best practices for increasing chapter visibility, promoting membership involvement and increasing engagement from pre-induction participation through ongoing member involvement, as well as addressing strategies for reactivating lapsed members.
Learner Objective #1: The learner will be able to identify best practices for promoting membership involvement.
Learner Objective #2: The learner will be able to identify effective strategies for increasing chapter visibility.
