The Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient of Constructive organizational culture, achievement motive and innovative behavior were .95, 93 and .92, respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients and stepwise regression.
