Learning Objective 2: Discuss the challenges and successes of the Sim Team project

This presentation will discuss the program Sim Team which incorporates undergraduate nursing students, practical nurse students and medical assistant students in simulated learning experiences with standardized patients. Collaboration between the educational institutions included simulation case development, implementation and evaluation. This session will also present how teamwork, delegation, and conflict resolution were incorporated into the standardized patient simulation experiences. Challenges, successes, survey data and future plans for the program will also be presented.
