Learning Objective 1: The learner will discuss interactive (small group activities) and creative strategies (drama and simulation) to portray historical and contemporary leaders of nursing to members of the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.

Learning Objective 2: The learner will identify principles and procedures of community engagement to develop and implement an entertaining, educational program, which gives school-age children a realistic perspective on the role of the nurse.
