Description/Overview: Membership involvement and retention are ongoing efforts that each chapter undertakes to maintain chapter vitality. During this session participants will discuss strategies for increasing chapter visibility, promoting membership involvement and increasing member engagement by addressing generational differences that impact chapter membership.
