Description/Overview: This presentation will highlight evidence-based strategies for building and sustaining EBP in hospitals and healthcare systems. Recent findings of an EBP survey with nurses across the United States will be presented along with real life EBP success stories. Evidence to support the ARCC Model as one strategy in implementing and sustaining EBP will be highlighted.
