Description/Overview: An overview of 10 key issues, as published in The Power of Ten, which will affect the future of nursing and discussed in both the IOM report and a survey conducted by STTI publishing in 2010. Session will feature roundtable discussions where attendees discuss the key issues and learn how to facilitate discourse with colleagues and peers. Moderated by STTI’s publisher and the editor of Reflections on Nursing Leadership magazine, attendees should leave ready to start conversations leading to grassroots change in their own workplaces and schools of nursing.
