A grant from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board funded the development of web-based courseware, based on the Nursing Success Program, so that other interested nursing programs can implement their own versions of this successful retention program. Initiated in the fall of 2003, the elements for this very successful retention program are now available for all interested nursing programs to use as a basis for developing their own retention programs. This presentation will be used to demonstrate the courseware and discuss how various institutions can use the materials to develop their own retention programs.
