Use of a Horse Robot to Prevent Urinary Incontinence: Effective and Fun

Research methods: 1)subjects; 20 elderly participants, 2) UI experiences, 3) design; mixed of quantitative and qualitative research studies, 4) technology; a horse robot, 5) participants' agreement; before this research, they did agreement, Outcomes: By using a horse robot which is developed in Japan for keeping good position of the pelvis and strengthen muscles, pelvic muscle floor exercises are naturally and voluntarily doing well within 15 minutes per day. Their healthy behaviors with UI preventions increased significantly of statistics. The horse robot movements brought about effective benefits for UI preventions and health promotion.
