Under the rubric of “creating a new future,” strategies for building the infrastructure and garnering faculty “buy in” needed to support a major shift in instructional delivery will be presented. The administrative challenges of providing fiscal, environmental, professional development, and curriculum support will be presented. Specific recommendations for how to successfully make the shift to the use of simulation as an instructional technique will be presented
