Learning Objective #1: Learn about Sigma Theta Tau Internationalís changing Strategic Plan and use a planning model to develop a strategic plan for your chapter
Learning Objective #2: Discuss the process of developing realistic goals for your chapter
Participants in this session will hear details about the honor societyís updated strategic plan and discover ways to apply it at the chapter level. There will be an opportunity to discuss with other leaders best practices in goal setting and strategic planning, learn standard techniques for successful planning and goal setting, and walk away with ideas to begin planning your chapterís strategies and goals.
