This plenary will address some of the challenges of leading in a globalized world - from macroeconomics, migration and trade to reform, technology, demographics and personal choice. The leadership characteristics needed to be effective in today's fast paced, highly politicised environment will be explored. Finally, mechanisms of renewal will be considered.
