Learning Objective #1: Describe the key global issues in nursing resources development today
Learning Objective #2: Articulate the strategic policy options and solutions being considered globally and offer opinions on the strategy of managed migration
This session will focus on ICN's current initiatives in this area; particularly the results to date of the ICN/FNIF Burdett Trust work on policy options and solutions to the global nursing shortage. Managing migration will be a key aspect of the presentation.
