A Study of Career  Ladder of Clinical  Nurses, Tertiary Hospitals

The purpose  of this  research  is to study  of career ladder of clinical nurses, Tertiary  hospital by using  Ethnographic Delphi Future Research  Technique (EDFR).The 20  expert  are clinical nurse, committee  member of Nursing  Organization Education Nursing Council Thailand, Administratons nurses and clinical  nurses. The EDFR consisted of  3 steps.  Step1 :All expert are asked  for describing core competencies and career ladder of clinical nurses  in tertiary hospitals.  Step 2 : study data are analyzed by using content analsis and then developed a questionnaire.  All  items in the questionnair are ranked competencies' level  by  previous experts.  Step 3 those  items  are  analyzed by using  mean and Interquatile range and  then developed a new questionnair sent to experts again for items' ranking confirmation.  Those items are analyzed by using  mean and Interquatile range and  then summarized the overall of core competencies and career ladder of clinical nurses  in tertiary hospitals.  The final finding will be completed in July.
