Special Session: Creating Communities Supported by the Chapter/Community Building Advisory Council
Learning Objective #1: Participants will learn about the work of existing communities of practice, and discuss areas of possible communities of practice that could be created.
Learning Objective #2: Participants will be provided the opportunity to join an existing community, or develop a network of peers with similar professional interests.
During this session, participants will learn the best practices and success story of existing communities of practice. Another key purpose of this session is to allow participants the opportunity to form international communities based on their interest areas. Based on feedback and the desires of the newly formed communities, Sigma Theta Tau International will work to provide opportunities to maintain the connection virtually after convention.
