Learning Objective 1: The learnner will be able to identify students’ knowledge about testicular cancer and TSE, performance competency and experiences of TSE.

Learning Objective 2: The learnner will be able to know the education program of testis self examination

Purpose: Survival rates of cancer depend on the stage of disease when the cancer is first detected. Testicular cancer is not a prevalent cancer, but principally attacks young males. The testis self-examination (TSE) is known as a useful method to detect testicular cancer at an early stage. This study was undertaken to develop an education program of testis self-examination in order to increase knowledge and reinforcing performance confidence in male college students. Design: Methodological study to develop an educational program. Processes: Step 1; survey to identify students' knowledge about testicular cancer and TSE, performance competency and experiences of TSE. Two hundred male college students were selected by convenient sampling in one university. Step 2; based on the literature review and discussions on survey findings, framework and content of the program are being developed. Finding: None to report at time of abstract submission. Data analysis is on-going. Conclusions and Implications: An education program of testis self-examination will be developed from students' knowledge, competency, experience and cultural customs concerning testicular cancer. This program will focus on help male college students achieve correct TSE skills by model demonstration and video taping feedback. Future study is needed to evaluate the effects of this program.
