Setting a Vision for World-Wide Impact of EBP

A common vision is imperative for any project to be successful; however, when working with nurses from different cultures and languages, clear articulation of the vision becomes even more important.  This presentation focuses on how an academic unit set the vision for their work with nurses to foster EBP.  In addition, the journey for bringing to the vision to fruition will be described, along with key strategies for success.  How the vision fostered collaboration among nurses across the globe will be explained. Caveats and lessons learned along the way will be discussed.
