Learning Objective 1: "The learner will be able toshow the effect of the physical Activity promotion program "

Learning Objective 2: "The learner will be able to show the effect of the Telecoaching"

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to show the effect of the physical Activity promotion program with telecoaching on physical fitness(grip strength, static and dynamic equilibrium), physiological index(blood pressure, blood sugar and body fat percentage) and quality of life with the frail elderly.

Methods: The subjects' were frail elderly person who are more than 65 years old and join a S church and were divided into an experimental group of 26 persons and a control group 25 persons. As experimental treatments is the physical activity promotion program with telecoaching and as measurement tools, physical fitness is grip strength, static and dynamic equilibrium. Blood pressure, blood sugar and body rate percentage were also tested to estimate and quality of life was tested by KIHASA(2008).The data were analyzed by number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, x2-test, t-test, ANCOVA using SPSS WIN 14.0 program.

Results: The result of this study were as follows;1)The hypothesis first: It was partially supported that 'the experimental group will have improved physical fitness than the control group.' 2)The hypothesis second: It was partially supported that 'the experimental group will have decreased physiological index than the control group.' 3)The hypothesis third: It was supported that 'the experimental group will have increased quality of life than the control group.'

Conclusion: Physical activity promotion programs with telecoaching have an effect on increasing quality of life and partially improved physical fitness and physiological index, as well as played a role of nursing intervention. According to the above result, the physical activity promotion programs with telecoaching can be strongly recommended as health promotion for the elderly.
