The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was .89.  The data were analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviation and t-test.
Results: The major findings were as follow:
1. The mean score of nurses’ job satisfaction of group using TCAB program was significantly higher than before experiment, at the .05 level.
2. Rate of nursing error from tube dislocation after implementation the TCAB program reduced 45.26 percent.
3. Rate of nursing error from medication error after implementation the TCAB program reduced 100 percent.
Conclusion: TCAB  in intensive care unit in Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital has redesign the process of nursing care in ICU and enabled care manager to spend more time with patients, families and collaboration with team.
