The prevalence of sex behavior risk in high school students were increasing.This study was aimed to survey the related factors among sex behavior with eigh grade high school students in Samutsakorn and Samutsongkhram Province,that's the western area of Thailand. The samples comprised of 426 government students who learned in Samutsakorn and Samutsongkarm provinces in years 2008. Data were collected through the administration of self-administered questionnaire about sex behavior and risk factors, and were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistic (percentage and means) , standard deviation and chi-square test. The results showed 76.9 percent for un-purpose sexual behavioral , 88.7 percent for social activity , 83.7 percent for sexual intercourse , 75.0 percent for masturbation , 55.0 percent for effect of sex behavioral , 48.3 percent for dressing and 37.5 percent for sex deviation. Approximately 48.1 percent of the students had deviation EQ level. Factors which related to increase the sex behavior in high school student were result of education eg. drop grade , drinking , watching pornographic videos , visiting pornographic website , sex phone and EQ shown significant at level (p<.05).Mental health promotion e.g. EQ., was importance to prevention sex behavior risk factors.Future study was work for prevention instruments in risk groups, protective factors instrument in normal groups that help them safty.
