Methods:
Adopt the questionnaire investigation method,the nursing managers in each hospital qualified authority by the National heath administrator (2008)Into this study in Taichung City will participant.Depend on the institutional framework of hospital in our country,the nursing manager were incluing of chief of the nursing department,vice-director of the nursing department, Superviser,head nurse and assistant head nurse,etc.The research tool used in this study were :(1)Personal basic data questionnaire;(2)the Job Stress Scale(JSS); (3)the Coping Strategies Scale.The statistical methods including of the descriptine statistics, single sample t test, the single factor variance and analysis and the Pehrson's correlution to coefficient analysis carried on the data analysis.
Results: The expecting results of this study included of : (1)Different backgrounds of nursing manager attend to different job stress; (2)Different background of nursing manager attend to different coping strategies ;(3)different job pressure among nursing administrator attend to different coping Strategies.
Conclusion: This study can let us understand the degree of job stress among nursing managers and their cping strategies,and offer the concreate advicements to pay attention on the job stress of nursing manager from the administrator of hospital.Then design the interventional measurement to reduce their pressure degree,prevent physical and mental injury from pressure,and improving their physical and mental health and blessing.
