Description/Overview: STTI made a deliberate strategic decision in 1981 and added the ‘I’ of international to the name. One of the goals of Vision 2020 is to be intentionally global. STTI has over the past decade worked relentlessly to ensure progress by implementing structures and programmes to achieve this goal. The purpose of this session is to involve members through the world cafe method to actively participate as we ask critical questions of how the organization will look as a global organization in 2025.
Learner Objective #1: Identify and describe the nature of a global organization that is membership driven in a changing knowledge economy.
