Description/Overview: This highly interactive session will build upon the research findings shared previously that day. Together we will affirm key insights and uncover core truths to guide our future actions. The methodology integrates Action Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, Yungian archetypes, and drama practices in a unique and compelling process that engages the entire participant group.
Learner Objective #1: Review and reflect upon the key findings of each of the CIRC presentations by engaging in a generative learning methodology.
Learner Objective #2: Identify among these findings deeper insight, key lessons, connections, and potential foci for future action and study.
