Summary: Presenters address the importance of personal disposition (values, commitments, beliefs, and professional ethics) as it influences faculty in: supporting student success; effectively working with students with disabilities accommodations; and understanding the experiences of workplace bullying bystanders, those individuals subject to watching bullying transpire in the workplace from a near distance.
