F 12 Vitamin D and Its Impact Across the Lifespan

Summary: This symposium will address the impact of vitamin D on symptoms reported by individuals across the lifespan (e.g., pregnancy, middle-aged women, and the older adult) with different conditions (depression, diabetes, and poor cognition). Evidence and implications regarding the use of vitamin D supplementation for symptom management will be discussed.
