Increasingly in nursing education, there is a move to blend the roles of educational faculty and clinical practitioner through faculty practice. Faculty are entering into arrangements with clinical practices and health care agencies to provide direct patient care and educate nursing students, often at the Advanced Practice level. This poster presentation will explore various contractual arrangements for faculty practice, with the pros and cons of each. Key components of any contract for faculty practice will be displayed.
