Learning Objective 1: Explore the benefits of a mentorship program for nursing students.

Learning Objective 2: Differentiate the relationship of senior(mentor) and sophomore(protege) nursing students within mentorship.

This presentation will explore the benefits and limitations of a mentorship program for senior and sophomore Baccalaureate nursing students. Mentoring undergraduate nursing students allowed senior students to gain knowledge of their role of expert nursing student to sophomores. Both groups found the mentoring program beneficial. Expansion of the program will be considered.
