Learning Objective 1: identify the importance of strategizing new directions following chapter milestones.
Learning Objective 2: describe at least two strategies that chapter leaders can initiate to plan new directions for future accomplishments.
The aim of the poster is to identify chapter milestones and suggest strategies to assist chapter leaders to transition the chapter toward planning future accomplishements. It is important to celebrate milestones and to use them for enhancing the possiblities for future accomplishments. Milestones can be motivating events to explore new directions and achieve a renewed and expansive productivity. An evidence-based approach for identifying leadership strategies will be used. The ideas will be conveyed using exemplars.
