Description/Overview: Many times, chapters will rely on the memories of past board members to develop the chapter standards. Join this session to discover how your chapter can implement policies and procedures, create a Policies and Procedures Manual and streamline processes and serve as an aid that will help orient new officers.
Learner Objective #1: Learn how to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Learner Objective #2: Understand the importance of a Policies and Procedures Manual for consistent chapter practices.
