Description/Overview: This interactive grant writing workshop is designed for participants who are contemplating or plan to submit a nursing education research proposal for funding. This workshop will include topics such as: addressing the NLN research priorities, increasing proposal rigor, evaluating time and budget feasibility for the study, linkage to the advancement of the science of nursing education, and highlights of the challenges and pitfalls of grant writing. Specific examples from successful grants will be presented. Participants will leave this session with specific ideas on how to improve the strength and quality of their grant applications.
