The Global Advisory Council on Nursing and Midwifery (GAPFON) led to publication of global nursing and midwifery professional issues, health priorities, and a high-level stakeholder meeting of global nursing organizations during 2018. We will discuss the GAPFON process, clustering of global strategies, subsequent actions, and outcomes from the stakeholder meeting.
