Many in nursing education have developed adequate online educational programs with measurable outcomes that meet educational needs. However, students now want to be "on the move" with educational materials. The virtual world requires that we gain new knowledge, develop new skills and create podcast for students to download. There are many things to consider before launching your podcast for the online learning environment. Teaching tips on how to organize and develop the podcast that will create an ongoing stream of information for your online learners.
