SPECIAL SESSION: Governance and Bylaws Forum
Learning Objective #1: be knowledgeable about the bylaws amendments to be presented to the House of Delegates.
Learning Objective #2: seek clarification around the governance and bylaws issues in Sigma Theta Tau International.
These sessions will inform chapter leaders and members about the bylaws amendments that are to be voted on by the House of Delegates. Members of the board of directors and staff will be available to help explain the proposed amendments, clarify the changes and subsequent impacts if approved, and address any concerns raised by chapter leaders and delegates.
