SPECIAL SESSION: The Virginia Henderson International Nursing Library: Your Mechanism to Research Dissemination
Learning Objective #1: describe the process for disseminating research through the VHINL.
Learning Objective #2: identify the latest collaborations with STTI for the dissemination of abstracts, research projects, and scientific research, including Doctorate of Nursing Practice programs.
This presentation will focus on the role the VHINL plays in research dissemination. Within the last year, STTI has collaborated with the Doctorate of Nursing Practice programs nationally to provide a venue for the dissemination of the research projects that are generated from these programs. The role of the DNP research project will be discussed in relation to the generation of the nursing science, as well as the role it plays in relation to evidence based nursing practice.
