CHAPTER LEADER SESSION: Strategic Planning for Chapters
Learning Objective #1: Identify three strategic directions for the chapter.
Learning Objective #2: List two activities related to achieving each chapter strategic direction and identify at least one best practice idea to take back to their chapter.
In this session we will explore effective ways of identifying chapter strategic directions and brainstorm and discuss ways in which your chapter can develop and initiate a strategic plan. There will be a time for sharing of best practices and plans to help your chapter in attaining its future vision.
