Learning Objective #2: Describe selected models and their effects on further development, dissemination and sustainability of success strategies.
Advancing global health through creativity and innovation is important to moving forward. Nurses and other disciplines value their involvement and strive to achieve quality outcomes and establish continuous improvement. Celebration of success and recognition of outstanding performance is important to building capacity and sustainability. Examples of new approaches to recognition and reward will be presented.
