Studer in his books (Hardwiring for Success and Results that Last) points out that a key to improvement of performance and quality is elimination of variances.   This industry expert has developed nine principles for building a solid foundation and transforming a culture from indifference to one of excellence.   The presenter will use these principles and the forces of magnetism to discuss how to change indifference to one of engagement and pride in the work.   Principles include:   Commit to excellence, Measure the important things, Build a culture around service, Create and develop leaders, Focus on employee satisfaction. Build individual accountability, Align behaviors with goals and values, Communicate at all levels and Recognize and reward success.
