D 19 CHAPTER OPERATIONS SESSION: Mentoring as a Way to Facilitate Member Involvement and Chapter Sustainability

Description/Overview: Mentoring has become an important way to facilitate the involvement of new members to STTI and the development of new chapter board members. Join us to learn more about how mentoring can be used to accomplish both goals.
Learner Objective #1: The learner will be able to locate and understand how to utilize chapter-focused mentoring resources.
Learner Objective #2: The learner will be able to identify which applicable mentoring strategies to implement that will enhance member involvement and the development of chapter board members.
