This symposium will explain the need to develop innovative simulation activities that meet the needs of all your customers: students, faculty and community partners.  The team will discuss how the solutions to their problems were found inside their own “box” and the results of this innovative approach to interprofessional collaboration.  Discussion will also entail how this collaboration has led to multiple international interprofessional presentations and manuscripts.  All this began on a shoestring budget and now the game has reached a new level.  The cost of Simulated Hospital Day will be compared with the cost of traditional simulation using simulators with amazing results.  Student productivity and faculty efficiency will also be compared.
