Summary: This presentation will describe a program for nurses, designed to improve inter-professional relationships in a mid-size academic medical center in central Pennsylvania. A curriculum based on the ERI Model of Relationship Building was implemented on two units for an initial three-month pilot study. A preliminary progress report will be discussed.
