Abstract
This study is to evaluate the influencing factors of a training plan to apply in patient activities through sit up in weaning ventilator patients. Subjects were recruited from  patients with ventilator over 7 days in a medical center. The study was conducted by quasi-experimental approach with associated random sampling method. Subjects were divided into two groups, including£ºmobilization and control groups,  each 40 subjects Instrumental tools included subject demographic data, nursing assessment scale, patient activity training profile and total hospital payment table which were validited by expert content validity and reliability Cronbach©os α.894&.849. Patients data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analyais. Our study results of the successful rates weaning ventilator patients in two groups were listed as following£ºthe mobilization group: 80%, the control group: 47.5% ; the times for weaning ventilator : the mobilization group:11.1 days, the control group:24.7 days,(t:-9.565, p£¼.000).The mean of hospital stay and total hospital cost in mobilization grop is less than control 11.2 days and 180 thousands. The training program significantly increased the successful rate of weaning ventilator and relieve suffering of patients and shorten admission intervals and cost, with two predict factors, including blood infection and the times for weaning ventilator, These 2 factors contributed 39 % in prediction. The study might provide important information for training patients in weaning ventilator.
