There are four steps to develop this instrument. First, after reviewing empirical and theoretical literatures on parenting, the major conceptual framework of this M-CRPR is selected. Secondary, the in-depth interviews and focus group discussion are applied to get these mothers about their parenting experiences. Thirdly, the items of this scale are developed based on the data of 1st and 2nd steps. The items then are translated and back-translated into Indonesia by bilingual experts. The translated instrument are pre-tested to correct wording. Based on our previous study (step 1,2, and 3), finally, the scale will be validated. The Indonesia mothers with transnational marriage and with 3~12 years old kids will be recruited. They will be informed consent and voluntary. A total of 200 participants will be measured by this scale. The test-retest, The internal consistency and construct validity will be reported.   Key word: Indonesia mothers, transnational marriage, parenting
