Learning Objective #1: Discuss development and psychometrics of the “Nurses Attitudes and Belief Toward Evidence-Based Practice” tool.
Learning Objective #2: Identify attitudes and beliefs of nurses that impact evidence-based practice.

This presentation will discuss the development and use of the “Nurses’ Attitudes and Beliefs Toward Evidence-Based Practice” (NABEBP) tool.  The tool was developed as part of a University school of nursing and community hospital initiative to introduce EBP into a community hospital setting.  Psychometric and findings from the study will be presented.
