| If there is one thing we need to identify to characterize advancement in the 21st century, it would be the ability to do knowledge and technology transfer. Nurses must capitalize on this opportunity to further strengthen their practice based on evidence. A trans-disciplinary approach is therefore a logical means to this end. This paper will highlight how the School of Nursing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University attempts to advance nursing through this approach. |
